Storino, Ramello & Durkin maintains a staff of attorneys who regularly appear in state and federal court to litigate civil matters on behalf of the firm’s individual, corporate and governmental clients. These attorneys handle litigation at both the trial and appellate level, in the areas of personal injury law, family law, condemnation law, real estate, commercial litigation, chancery and miscellaneous remedies, and other general matters. 

The firm’s attorneys primarily litigate in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division; the Municipal,  County and Law divisions of the Circuit Court of Cook County; the 18th Judicial District (DuPage County); the 19th Judicial District (McHenry and Lake Counties); the 16th Judicial District (Kane County); the Illinois Appellate Court, First and Second Districts; and the Illinois Supreme Court. The firm’s attorneys also frequently appear before state, local and federal administrative bodies.
