Peter A. Pacione received his Bachelors of Arts from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1996. He is a 1999 graduate of the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1999. Mr. Pacione is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and he is also a member of the Justinian Society.

Mr. Pacione joined the firm in 1997. He practices in the areas of civil and municipal litigation, including condemnation.  In addition to general trial practice, Mr. Pacione is one of the firm’s municipal prosecutors and is experienced in the area of local government code enforcement.  Moreover, Mr. Pacione prosecutes at administrative hearings in the area of building code violations for various municipalities.

Additionally, Mr. Pacione maintains an active practice in the area of residential and commercial real estate, including commercial leasing. He also represents a number of corporate clients with regard to general corporate matters. 

Prior to working at the firm, Mr. Pacione clerked at the City of Chicago Office of the Corporation Counsel, Tort Division.
